Westcore Europe - European arm of Westcore, a privately held real estate investment firm focused on value-add and opportunistic commercial assets.
The Challenge
With a diverse portfolio across multiple European markets, Westcore needed to elevate the clarity, consistency, and professionalism of its investor communications.
At the same time, their European COO wanted an investor-ready blueprint that codified and standardised the firm’s internal processes - ensuring that deals were evaluated, executed, and managed using a unified, repeatable approach across the region.
The challenge was two-fold:
- Create investor-facing materials that clearly communicate opportunities and inspire confidence.
- Design an investor ready operational playbook that captures institutional-quality processes and ensures consistency across teams.
Our Approach
1. Investment Opportunity Templates
We partnered closely with the European team to develop a suite of Investment Opportunity templates designed to:
- Communicate deals clearly and compellingly
- Provide consistent structure across markets
- Highlight value drivers, risk considerations, underwriting assumptions, and asset stories
- Increase investor confidence in decision-making
These templates created a polished, repeatable standard for all future acquisitions.
2. Investor Survey & Recommendations Report
To deepen understanding of investor preferences and expectations, we designed and ran a structured investor survey.
The research uncovered insights into:
- What institutional and private investors value most in communications
- Preferred deal formats and information depth
- Perceptions of Westcore’s European strategy
- Gaps in messaging or data presentation
We presented these findings into a Recommendations Report outlining clear next steps to:
