The Challenge
Operating in a fast-moving, innovation-driven sector, the business needed to establish a clear and compelling market presence on a lean marketing budget. With limited internal marketing resources and a rapidly evolving industry landscape, the team required strategic direction, consistent messaging, and the tools to clearly articulate its value to prospects and partners.
Our role was to act as both strategic advisor and operational marketing arm - bringing clarity, structure, and the foundational assets required to support sustainable growth.
Objectives:

- Establish consistent messaging across all customer-facing touchpoints

Our Approach
1. Clear, aligned messaging
We ran a series of in-depth value proposition workshops with the leadership team to define:

4. LinkedIn content support for company page & senior leadership profiles
We managed monthly content output, ensuring:

5. Event coordination
We supported 5th Street’s presence at two key industry events, coordinating schedules, materials, and on-the-ground visibility to ensure maximum impact.
6. Email marketing
Using Mailchimp, we cleansed and restructured the database, enabling accurate segmentation by prospect and client type while maintaining full GDPR compliance. We delivered multi-touch lead nurture campaigns supported by dedicated landing pages and LinkedIn promotion across the UK and Middle East markets.
Result: Average open rate increased to 40% (up from 27%).
